Yvette, is a former Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of a motor insurance startup. While at that company, she spearheaded strategy, operations, fundraising, business development, and navigated the regulatory landscape for a Managing General Agent (MGA).

With a background in investment banking, Yvette has worked in both corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. She was part of the Technology M&A team at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs. She was also a Co-founder & Director of Calvert Percival Executive Search, a boutique financial services executive search firm. Her leadership, management expertise, and strategic vision will help to transform Magellan from an early stage, startup to a national UK motor insurance brand.

His career includes directing national election campaigns, advising on multi-billion-pound mergers and acquisitions, and managing crisis communications for international corporations. Ben Everitt is Communications Advisor to Magellan UK, overseeing corporate communications and brand marketing. He brings over 20 years of experience spanning business consultancy and public service. A former Member of Parliament, Ben served as Parliamentary Private Secretary at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and chaired several All-Party Parliamentary Groups on housing, business resilience, and emerging technologies. Prior to his parliamentary career, he was a consultant at Deloitte and later Head of Strategy at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Ben’s expertise lies in strategic messaging, stakeholder engagement, and positioning brands within complex policy environments.
